The European programmes and initiatives are a particularly useful instrument for promoting mobility and developing a sense of European identity. This project aims to analyse the results of past projects to identify, document and diffuse the concrete evidences of personal and professional development stories. The importance of the experience of transnational mobility in the framework of the European Policies is mostly recognised as an opportunity of learning at a personal level, for the individuals to develop a sense of initiative, entrepreneurship, capacity of communication, new professional skills, intercultural dialogue and as a concrete tool of education to the European citizenship.

In general the MOBGAE project aspires to act upon the need to offer professional training that reflects more the real necessity of the labour market, reducing eventual unproductive periods while increasing awareness about the European citizenship. Therefore, through the study held within the project the intercultural learning paths in a mobility experience will be identified, creating and exploiting useful plan for the intercultural preparation of participants for a work placement experience.

Role of Paragon Europe:

Paragon Europe will contribute in the research guidelines which will then be used for the local research that is held through interviews and Questionnaires. Past interns hosted by PRN will also be encouraged to visit the website and participate in the collection of Blog stories from which data will also be recovered for the research. The outcomes of the research will then be compared with those of the other partner countries and the overall results of the project will be promoted through the website, social media, and a flash mob which will be organised at the end of the project in all the countries involved in the project.
